Can I port-in or sign-up my line to Bespoke Flexi?

Yes.

What are the Corporate Individual Scheme (CORI) benefits available on Bespoke Flexi?

Through CORI, you may enjoy; Free registration, SIM card, Caller Number Display and Roaming Subscription.

I have an existing older plan that is still in contract, am eligible to renew my plan to Bespoke Flexi?

You can renew your plan to Bespoke Flexi once you have fulfilled 18 months of your contract.

Bespoke Family Plan

What is Bespoke Family Plan?

Bespoke Family Plan allows customers on Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract and Bespoke SIM-only plans to share their plan’s data, talk-time and SMS bundle with their family. Each Bespoke Family Line comes with 40GB, 100 Mins and 100 SMS which can be shared with the Main Line and up to 10 other Bespoke Family Lines. The more Family Lines you get, the bigger the sharing pool!

Who is eligible to sign up for Bespoke Family Line?

Customers on Bespoke SIM-only, Bespoke Contract and Bespoke Flexi plans who do not have unlimited data, can be nominated as the Main Line for Bespoke Family Lines.

Can I use Bespoke Family Lines when I travel overseas?

Sure, Bespoke Family Line comes with Pay-Per-Use Roaming, roaming charges will apply. You can also subscribe for Data Passport via My M1+ App for your Family line which allows you to use up to 10GB data from the shared pool. Excess of the 10GB will be charged at $12.11/GB under the respective Family Line.

I have used up my Main Line plan data entitlement. What if I need more data?

If your Main Line is on Bespoke SIM-only and Bespoke Flexi, you can increase your plan’s data and talktime up to once a month via the My M1+ App. The data can be shared among Bespoke Family Lines. If your Main Line is on Bespoke Contract, you can subscribe for Bundle Packs via My M1+ App for your Main Line. Please note that Bundle Packs cannot be shared among the Family Lines.

Why I am unable to modify my Bespoke SIM-only and Bespoke Flexi to unlimited data via My M1+ App?

We do not offer Bespoke Family Line for Bespoke SIM-only and Bespoke Flexi with unlimited data in their plan at the moment. Thus, the unlimited data option is not available to Main Lines with Family Line(s).

Can I share the add-ons such as 5Go Plus, Unlimited Weekend, Bundle Packs that I have subscribed for my Main Line with my Family Line(s)?

No, these add-ons cannot be shared.

If I subscribe add-ons for my Family Line(s), can my Main Line and other Family Line(s) enjoy as well?

No, the add-ons cannot be shared. However, Main Line and Family Lines may subscribe for add-ons as well. If there is any data and/or mins that comes with the add-on, it will not be added into the sharing pool.

I have subscribed for 5Go Plus add-on that comes with extra data for my Main Line and Family Line(s). Will my data usage be deducted from 5Go Plus add-on or the sharing pool?

Your data usage will be deducted from 5Go Plus add-on followed by the data bundle that is available in the sharing pool
